1.By accessing the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions appearing in this document and you accept our Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. We may alter these Conditions at any time and your use of the whole\/any part of the Website following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. These Conditions will be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain whose Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, save that we have the right, at our sole discretion, to commence and pursue proceedings in alternative jurisdictions.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. When placing an order for any Products from the Website, you will state, specifically, which Products you desire to purchase and shall also at the same time confirm to us, at your own risk, your home address, telephone number (including STD code), delivery requirements and selected payment method together with such other details that may be requested at that time from you by us.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Your contract for purchases of physical items through the Website is with Granulart Store whose registered office address is Granulart Store, Torrevieja, n\u00ba14, 33510 Pola de Siero, Asturias, Spain, and you undertake that any and all products ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only. You further agree that email can be used as a long-distance means of communication.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Granulart Store will send you an order confirmation via the electronic means on the website. Sales are not final until Granulart Store confirms your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purposes of ordering or purchasing products or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products or services ordered. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Deliveries will be made within a maximum of 10 working days. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we will inform you of such and confirm the date the item will be back in stock or we will offer you an equivalent product as an alternative.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Photos of the products are provided for informational purposes only. Any differences between the photos and the products will be minimal and will not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The colour of the products shown in the online store may differ from the actual colour of the product due to the settings of your monitor.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by emailing us at shop@granulart.es ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. Our returns policy: Without prejudice to your statutory legal rights which remain unaffected, we operate the following returns and refunds policies:<\/span><\/p>\n

     11.1 Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective or become defective within 7 days of receipt, we shall, at our own option, either replace or refund any damaged or defective products (including the postage and packing you were charged) provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 2 working days of delivery of the products and that, in the case of physical products, you return the products in the same condition that you received them<\/span><\/p>\n

     11.2 Our mistake: If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer. Please note that when you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type into your account details, so you are responsible for getting this right. If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot refund the postage costs. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us.<\/span><\/p>\n

    11.3 Your mistake: If items are ordered in error (or you change your mind about wanting an item), are not delivered because you gave us incorrect information, or because your post office was unable to deliver the package because there was no-one to receive it and\/or no-one came to collect it from the sorting office, you will be refunded for the cost of the items, but not for the postage and packing. We can re-send the items but you will have to pay the postage and packing charge again.<\/span><\/p>\n

Su contrato para compras de art\u00edculos f\u00edsicos a trav\u00e9s del Sitio Web es con Granulart Store, cuya oficina registrada es \u201cGranulart Store, Torrevieja, n\u00ba14, 33510 Pola de Siero, Asturias, Espa\u00f1a\u201d y usted se compromete a que todos y cada uno de los productos que pida sean para su propio uso dom\u00e9stico solamente. Adicionalmente tambi\u00e9n acepta que podamos utilizar el e-mail como medio de comunicaci\u00f3n a larga distancia.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. No existir\u00e1 ning\u00fan contrato de compra de ning\u00fan producto entre usted y nosotros a no ser que aceptemos su pedido mediante un e-mail , confirm\u00e1ndole que hemos aceptado su pedido. Esa aceptaci\u00f3n se considerar\u00e1 completa y para todo prop\u00f3sito se considerar\u00e1 que le ha sido comunicada eficazmente en el momento en que le enviemos el e-mail. Este e-mail de confirmaci\u00f3n representa nuestra aceptaci\u00f3n de su oferta para comprar nuestros productos.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Usted se compromete a que todos los datos que nos proporciona con el fin de pedir o comprar productos o servicios son correctos, que la tarjeta de cr\u00e9dito o d\u00e9bito que utiliza es suya y que hay suficientes fondos para cubrir los gastos del producto o del servicio encargado. Si hay alg\u00fan cambio en los datos que nos proporcion\u00f3 es responsabilidad suya informarnos tan pronto como sea posible.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Las entregas se efectuar\u00e1n en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 10 d\u00edas laborables . Si un art\u00edculo no est\u00e1 en stock en el momento de realizar el pedido, se lo haremos saber y le confirmaremos la fecha en que volver\u00e1 a estar disponible o le propondremos un producto sustitutivo equivalente.<\/span><\/p>\n

9. Las fotograf\u00edas que muestran los productos se facilitan a t\u00edtulo indicativo. Las diferencias entre las fotograf\u00edas y los productos s\u00f3lo pueden ser m\u00ednimas y no afectan a las caracter\u00edsticas esenciales de los productos. El color de los productos mostrados en la tienda virtual puede diferir del color real del producto debido a la configuraci\u00f3n del monitor.<\/span><\/p>\n

10. Usted puede cancelar su pedido en cualquier momento antes de que su pedido sea despachado envi\u00e1ndonos un e-mail a shop@granulart.es asegur\u00e1ndose que especifica su nombre, direcci\u00f3n y n\u00famero de referencia del pedido.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. Nuestra pol\u00edtica de devoluciones de catorce (14) d\u00edas: sin que esto perjudique ni afecte a sus derechos legales, ofrecemos la siguiente pol\u00edtica de devoluciones y reembolso:<\/span><\/p>\n

     11.1 Bienes da\u00f1ados o defectuosos: en el improbable caso de que usted reciba productos que est\u00e9n da\u00f1ados o defectuosos, podemos, a nuestra elecci\u00f3n, cambiar o reparar cualquier producto da\u00f1ado o defectuoso, o reembolsarle la cantidad que pag\u00f3 por los productos en cuesti\u00f3n (incluyendo los gastos de env\u00edo y de embalaje que le cobramos) a condici\u00f3n de que nos notifique el problema escribiendo a la direcci\u00f3n indicada en el e-mail de confirmaci\u00f3n en el plazo de 2 d\u00edas laborables desde la entrega de los productos, y de que devuelva los productos en el mismo estado en que los recibi\u00f3;<\/span><\/p>\n

     11.2 Nuestro error: Si los art\u00edculos no se entregan a causa de un error nuestro, se le har\u00e1 un reembolso total, o se le enviar\u00e1 el paquete de nuevo sin ning\u00fan gasto extra; lo que usted prefiera. Por favor, tenga en cuenta que cuando hace su pedido, se genera una etiqueta autom\u00e1ticamente desde la direcci\u00f3n que usted escribi\u00f3 en los datos de su cuenta, por lo tanto usted es el responsable de que esta sea correcta. Si usted escribi\u00f3 mal la direcci\u00f3n y no nos lo notifica antes de que el pedido se env\u00ede, no podemos reembolsarle los gastos de env\u00edo. Si accidentalmente le enviamos art\u00edculos que usted no pidi\u00f3, le haremos un reembolso, en cuanto nos los haya enviado, por los art\u00edculos y tambi\u00e9n por los gastos de env\u00edo y de embalaje de esos art\u00edculos en particular, una vez nos los env\u00ede de vuelta;<\/span><\/p>\n

     11.3 Su error: si los art\u00edculos no se entregaron porque la informaci\u00f3n que nos proporcion\u00f3 era incorrecta, o porque su oficina de correos no pudo entregar el paquete porque no hab\u00eda nadie para recibirlo y\/o nadie fue a recogerlo de la oficina de correos, se le har\u00e1 un reembolso por el coste de los art\u00edculos, pero no por los gastos de env\u00edo y embalaje. Podemos volver a enviar los art\u00edculos, pero usted tendr\u00e1 que pagar los gastos de env\u00edo y embalaje otra vez.<\/span><\/p>\n
